Julio A. Cabral Corrada Universidad de Puerto Rico Foundation, Inc.

Julio A. Cabral Corrada was appointed to the Board of Directors of the UPR Foundation, Inc., by the University of Puerto Rico's Board of Trustees in August 2025.

Cabral Corrada is a businessman, investor, and economic policy advisor with experience in the financial sector and economic development in Puerto Rico and internationally. He is the founder and CEO of a business firm involved in investment, economic development, and entertainment initiatives.

Throughout his career, he has held positions in financial and economic analysis institutions, including roles in investment firms where he has contributed to opportunity evaluation and tax advisory services.

He has a strong international academic background, having studied at Cornell University, The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania (MBA), and Harvard University in the areas of public policy, economics, and management.

His commitment to the development of Puerto Rico is reflected in his participation in initiatives that promote economic growth and the creation of opportunities. As a member of the Board of Directors of the UPR Foundation, he contributes to strengthening its philanthropic mission for the benefit of students at the University of Puerto Rico.
